Can I order by Phone? Yes, if you would like to order by phone, you can call us at 1-516-233-0175 between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. A representative will take your order for you.
Do You Charge Taxes on Purchases? Our Office is in New York so orders shipping to New York, we must charge 8.5 Sales Tax. Otherwise, there will be no taxes on your purchases for any other states.

How do I know if an item is in stock? Inventory is kept in real time from our local inventory system. You will be notified after the order is placed if an item happens to be out of stock and given options on a replacement, given a backorder date or canceling your order.
What are payment methods do you accept? We accept: Visa, Mastercard and Check. Select the appropriate option, the invoice will be e-mailed to you after your order has been placed.

What are your shipping rates? We base our shipping rates on the UPS rate table. The rate is based on the total weight of the purchase to your zip-code from origin.
Most items are shipped the same day if they are received before 6:00 PM EST. Except Weekends and Holidays .
Warranty All Jewelry has a 10 day warranty from date of purchase. Please inspect all Jewelry prior to that date.
What is your return policy? We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, so if you are not pleased with your purchase within 15 days after the order, we will gladly accept your return (less shipping costs) as long as the item is in resaleable condition.
